Position Available
Role Title: Working Site Lead Supervisor
Role Description: The Working Site Lead Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supporting and overseeing janitorial operations across assigned client sites within the assigned area. This position combines frontline cleaning responsibilities with supervisory duties to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction are consistently achieved. As a newly created role designed to support the continued growth of the company’s janitorial operations, the Working Site Lead Supervisor will play an important role in staff support, training, inspections, and operational coverage.
Location: Sudbury
Schedule: Full-Time – rotation
Duties & Responsibilities

Support and supervise janitorial staff across assigned locations to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards

Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance expectations are met

Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to staff while promoting accountability and teamwork
-
Assist with employee onboarding and training, including proper cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company expectations
-
Help coordinate staffing coverage, scheduling adjustments, and operational support as required
-
Perform janitorial cleaning duties when required and lead by example on client sites
-
Respond to operational issues, urgent site needs, and call-ins in a timely and professional manner
-
Maintain positive and professional communication with clients and promptly address concerns or service requests
-
Ensure cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory are properly maintained and stocked at assigned sites
-
Support management with reporting, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous operational improvements
-
Promote and enforce workplace health and safety policies and procedures
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills Requirements

Previous experience in janitorial, industrial cleaning, or service-based required
-
Prior supervisory or team lead experience considered an asset
-
Valid driver’s license with own mode of transportation
-
Must be bondable and legally able to work in Canada
-
Must be flexible and available on evenings and weekends as necessary
-
Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50lbs
-
Strong time management and organization skills
-
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
-
Strong leadership, work ethic and attention to detail
-
Previous cleaning experience considered an asset
-
Bilingual – English, French and Spanish considered an asset
Compensation and Benefits

Wage Range: $57,200.00+
