Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Graphic Designer for eCommerce. We run ads on Facebook, Tiktok , youtube and our ideal candidate is a person with experience for performance creatives on Facebook and can creatively come up with ideas that we all collaborate on. (The video I made will explain this really well) You will have the freedom to organize, strategize and help the process of gathering content while putting together the vision for the next creative, website design and more.

Qualifications
Experience in an eCommerce company as a Graphic Designer
(1) Ads design and writing relevant copy
Super important to be able to spot smart ideas -> put them in a google doc, and creatively make iterations off of those ideas.
We can’t just feed the exact ideas, it needs to be common sense smart
(2) Website design
I know … I know it’s a mix, but if you have good taste, and you are in the conversion focused world, you’ll be able to crush this. We are looking for someone to compile the best ideas, and come up with a master blend - based on the flavor - typography and brand colors. Creating in figma is important
(3) VFX skills
Can you create images that have special effects like this?
(4) Minor copywriting skills
This is important to have the ability to write because when editing images… the words needs to make sense - ideally we don’t wanna send PSDs or edit the images every time because of wording
Especially when designing a web page … having the ability to write relevant headlines, would be key
Salary and Pay
This ranges on several factors so In the form we will ask you what a fair starting hourly pay would be so we can see if this aligns! Most important is to make sure you feel this is right for you, you would be happy here, and it's fair for both sides.
