Student Exam Monitors (Up to 6 Positions) - Registrars Office - Student Experience Hub
About the role
The Exam Monitors will be responsible for overseeing the in-person exams taking place in the Sports Center for the 2025 Fall Exam and 2026 Winter Exam Period.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring the exam space for exam integrity
- Monitoring the entrances and exits
- Monitoring the washrooms
- Implementing the exam seating chart in the exam room to ensure proper spacing for students writing the same exam
- Main point of contact for departments, instructors and students on exam related matters
- Responsible for communicating Exam Policy and Procedure to those writing and executing the exams in the Sports Center
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a current UPEI student with preference given to graduate students and undergraduate students in their 3rd or 4th year
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Previous monitoring experience is an asset
Priority will be given to University of Prince Edward Island students in accordance with Recruitment, Selection, Hiring and Employment Policies and the Procedures manual.
