Project Manager, SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud

We’re in the process of building something new at Vision33 — a dedicated S/4HANA Public Cloud team that will play a central role in the future of ERP. This small, focused group will help define how Vision33 delivers and transforms systems into value for our partners and will set the industry standard for how organizations adopt cloud-first solutions.

Due to the nature of the role, we’re looking for people who already know this space — people who’ve worked with S/4HANA Public Cloud and can hit the ground running, lead projects, and help shape how we do things.

The Opportunity

Due to our continued growth and success, we’re hiring a Project Manager to join our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud team!

In this role, you will collaborate with Vision33 team members to design and deliver innovative supply chain solutions that creates measurable value for clients. If you have deep expertise in ERP supply chain processes and are looking for a role where you can make a tangible impact, this position is for you.

As our new pivotal role as SAP S/4 Cloud Project Manager, YOU will be the key player driving the success of high-impact projects for our S/4 clients.

As our S/4 Cloud Project Manager, day-to-day you will take charge of:

• Project planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, deliverables management, resource forecasting and management, maintaining project records, managing project risks & issues, as well as status and financial reporting with Executive, management, and key client leaders.

• Ensuring smooth delivery and managing project scope, timelines, and quality from start to finish.

• Leading diverse teams, engaging with C-suite executives, and collaborating with colleagues, while managing complex project plans and navigating challenging situations with support…and ease.

• Keeping internal and client teams in the loop with regular project updates and financial reports, driving governance, and ensuring that project deliverables are met.

• Identifying potential risks, creating mitigation strategies, and managing the critical success factors that ensure project excellence and client success.

• S4 Public delivery projects are Fit to Standard and migration projects in this space can be on shorter quicker timelines. So Budget/Actual control and scope control skills are key bringing more variability.

• Overseeing dependencies, and interdependencies, keeping everything on track to ensure quality project delivery and exceptional results that are consistent with Vision33’s delivery standards and client commitments.

There are several must-have skills and experience needed for this new role.

• 5+ years of proven track record in leading and managing ERP projects with complex team structures.

• Working knowledge of Project Management tools and SharePoint are a must.

• Experience implementing ERP applications is required (S/4 Public Cloud experience will help you to shine).

• Project Management Certification is required (ex: PMP or similar). Agile Certification will be considered as an asset.

• Expertise in applying various project management methodologies, including but not limited to SAP Activate.

• Strong customer service focus and the ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.

• Proven leadership skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and issue management.

• Strong understanding of project scope and change management processes.

• Ability to inspire trust, foster teamwork, and drive results.

• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Willingness to travel within North America, and globally if required, for key project milestones.

Additional skills that will help score more points in the evaluation process:

• SAP S/4 Public Cloud certification (project management or implementation consultant).

• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Mindset and Fit to Standard approach.

• Experience using all or some of the following SAP tools:

• SAP Cloud ALM

• CBC

• IAS

• SAP4Me
