The Armour Group Limited is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Strategy to lead portfolio-wide revenue strategy, forecasting, and performance analysis across our hotel assets. This role is responsible for translating complex revenue, market, and financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for General Managers and senior leaders. The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, commercially focused approach to pricing, demand planning, channel strategy, profitability analysis, and long-range revenue optimization.
Job Accountabilities
Lead the revenue strategy for hotel portfolio, developing and executing short- and long-term strategies that maximize rooms revenue, RevPAR, profitability, and market share across all properties. Provide strategic oversight of inventory, pricing, restrictions, channel performance, and demand management to ensure optimal availability, rate positioning, and revenue capture across transient, group, corporate, and catering segments. Partners with General Managers, property leadership, sales, reservations, and brand teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives, market conditions, brand standards, and owner expectations. Lead weekly revenue meetings, quarterly business reviews, forecasting discussions, and performance planning, providing clear insight, recommendations, and accountability for revenue outcomes. Analyze revenue, sales, market, STR, brand, and third-party data to identify trends, risks, need periods, and profit opportunities; translate insights into actionable strategies for senior leaders and property teams. Oversee the development of weekly, period, and long-range forecasts, including rooms and catering revenue by segment, to support budgeting, staffing, operational planning, and financial decision-making. Ensure revenue management systems, reservation platforms, reporting tools, eCommerce channels, promotions, and distribution strategies are used accurately, consistently, and effectively across the portfolio. Lead the annual and preliminary budgeting process for each hotel, supporting revenue targets, performance assumptions, and strategic growth plans. Drive continuous improvement by challenging existing processes, strengthening reporting practices, improving system adoption, and identifying innovative opportunities to increase revenue and profitability. Manage, coach, and develop the Revenue Analyst, providing day-to-day leadership, performance guidance, professional development, and support for departmental priorities.

Confident communicator and influential partner who can advise senior leaders, General Managers, sales teams, and property leadership with clear insights, recommendations, and accountability. Advanced proficiency with revenue management systems, reservation platforms, reporting tools, eCommerce channels, and third-party market intelligence platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, prioritize competing business needs, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, multi-property environment. Collaborative leadership style with a commitment to coaching, developing talent, strengthening processes, and fostering continuous improvement across teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Education or experience in revenue management, hospitality finance, or financial analysis related field Advanced Excel skills, combined with a strong analytical mind-set capable of interpreting data trends and converting insights into informed business decisions The ability to leverage industry technology and market intelligence tools to support commercial performance is considered a strong asset.
