About the role

Position: Contract Analyst (Bilingual) Employment type: Full Time Permanent Vacancy status: Existing Vacancy Location : Montreal, QC (Hybrid) DCM is a leading Canadian tech-enabled provider of print and digital solutions that help simplify complex marketing communications and operations workflow. The role As a Contract Analyst (Bilingual), you will be contributing significantly to reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various types of contracts and agreements in both English and French.

This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 3 days onsite in our Montreal office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, including Customer Engagement Letters, Master Services Agreements, NDAs, and Statements of Work
  • Analyze and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in compliance with company contractual requirements
  • Coordinate responses and ensure consistency in contract terms for pre/post-bid tenders
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to proactively support contract needs for new business and renewals
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and escalate legal or business issues to appropriate teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, etc.)
  • Support the development and enhancement of policies, processes, and tools related to commercial contracting to drive efficiency, consistency, and compliance
  • Maintain a centralized database of executed contracts and assist with managing the contract intake system

Skills & Experiences

  • Post-secondary school degree or diploma in a recognized law clerk/legal assistant program, or combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the administration, negotiation, or management of contracts and agreements
  • Strong understanding of legal and contractual principles and the ability to interpret complex terms accurately
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, professional documentation
  • Proven ability to analyze issues, evaluate solutions, and make sound recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and confidence presenting information clearly to stakeholders
  • Highly organized with superior time-management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities under tight timelines
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and delivers on commitments with minimal supervision
  • Bilingualism in English and French (verbal and written) is mandatory
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Compensation:$65,149 – $81,436 CAD per year

The compensation range listed reflects the expected compensation for the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on individual skills and experience.
