Field Supervisor
Concord Parking is looking for a Field Supervisor!
The Field Supervisor position is a multi-faceted leadership position which is responsible for managing all Field Operational activities in throughout the lower mainland. Daily duties include supervision and training of Mobile Parking Enforcement Officers and Shuttle Drivers, responding to concerns from customers, parking equipment maintenance and repairs, payment machine audits, parking lot audits, staff break coverage and assistance, and additional tasks as required. They also may perform administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, and recording critical operational information.
You will be a great fit if you are:
- Grade 12 graduate or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity (preferably in a Parking Management or Security setting).
- Have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and are fluent in English.
- Must hold a class 5 driver for a minimum of 2 years, with a clean driving abstract, the ideal candidate will have a Class 4 Unrestricted drivers license
- Have a vehicle that may be used for work purposes if a company vehicle is not available
- IT proficient with using web based technology and MS Office suite
- Experienced in customer service in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Confident in conflict resolution
- Customer-focused with the professional and polished demeanor
- Demonstrate out of the box and solution orientated thinking.

Full-time position
Must be available to Sunday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday off. Shifts can fall between the hours of 7 am to 11 pm and are 8 hours in length.
Starting Wage: $ 25.00 per hour
Role Responsibilities
- Assists with day-to-day operations and supervision of field staff, including scheduling, orientation, training, and ensuring site-specific policies and procedures are followed.
- Meets regularly with field staff to build relationships, provide guidance, support, coaching and oversight, and to assist with staff performance management.
- Provide coverage wherever/whenever necessary to cover sick days, vacations, and other staff shortages.
- Completing and reporting inspections, incidents, and accidents according to established procedures.
- Performs site and staff audits for quality assurance of services delivered in accordance with company policies.
- Assists the disputes department with active appeals, email correspondence with customers, and conducting investigations and site inspections in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitoring and ensuring maintenance of company equipment including but not limited to, vehicles, pay stations, hand-held units, printers, and enforcement equipment.
- Ensuring the schedule in back-office software reflects actual shift times and accurate billing for payroll, minimizing overtime.
- Provide training and onsite troubleshooting to customers who use our software and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels for supplies, uniforms, printers, and ticket stock and report to the manager for ordering.
- Assist with recruitment, reviewing and screening applicants, as needed.
- Reports regularly to the Client Services Manager on matters of company, staff or client interest, or significant events.
- Make recommendations and suggestions for efficiency to deliver service excellence.
- Responds to communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Presents a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Other duties, as required, that are broadly in line with the listed responsibilities.
Hours/Shifts: Must be available Saturday to Wednesday. Shifts can fall between the hours of 7 am to 11 pm and are 8 hours in length.
