Our sweet spot is companies that are launching new therapies or entering new disease areas and are looking for strategic partners.
We have had the honour of working with several Canadian, US, and European pharmaceutical and biotech clients, including Fortune 500 pharmaceutical firms.
We are currently looking for an Event & Meeting Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level, full-time role supporting client project delivery. Specific responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the project teams to ensure the delivery of event logistics
- Track and deliver documentation for compliance reporting
- Develop invitations, agendas, and PowerPoint presentations
- Interact across project teams, with health care professionals, and vendor contacts
- Provide customer service and logistics support
- Consistently provide complete and timely communication of meeting information to and from clients, project team, and meeting participants
- Initiate and maintain contact with other key individuals for clarification, coordination, and negotiation of critical issues
- Execution and coordination of contracts, payments, meeting invitations, reminder emails, and correspondence as required
- Virtual meeting support
- Deliver post-project expense reporting and reconciliation
- Create, customize, and maintain virtual registration process
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Life Science or a health-related field
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with meeting processes, principles, and best practices
- Experience with the preparation and execution of advisory boards for pharmaceutical clients is an asset.
- Availability to start working full time within 3 weeks of receiving an offer
- Proven written/communication skills with high attention to detail – both in a narrative style for reports as well as the ability to tailor content for PowerPoint presentations
- Exemplary organization and time management skills
- Strong capability in juggling priorities to meet deadlines, while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, excellence in PowerPoint
- Ability to work in Canada legally for any employer, a valid passport, and the ability to travel to Europe and USA
