Tasks/Responsibilities
The IT Functional Analyst – F&O Finance will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and translating business needs into technological solutions in D365 F&O.
MANDATE
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze functional needs
- Translate business requirements into D365 F&O – Finance (configuration, design, module integration)
- Participate in all phases of the full D365 F&O implementation and support workshops with the various teams
- Write functional documentation (FDD: reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows)
- Support the technical team during development and conduct user demonstrations
PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Experience with the Finance module,
- Strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to translate them into solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, or equivalent
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (an asset)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual (English required, French an asset)
