We are currently looking for aLine Cookto join our kitchen team.

As a Line Cook, you will:

-Execute day-to-day kitchen operationsby preparing and cooking food that is visually appealing and delicious, while ensuring meals are prepared promptly and consistently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times. -Be a problem solverby using your critical thinking and analytical skills to tackle challenges. You'll be empowered to work independently while managing your time and responsibilities effectively. -Foster authentic team connectionsby building and maintaining positive working relationships with team members and providing excellent service to our guests. -Take initiativewith other duties as assigned to support the kitchen and restaurant operations

What we need from you:

• Have one (1) or more years of recent and related cooking experience, preferably within a hospitality, restaurant or gaming environment.
• High School Diploma. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
• WHMIS food safe certificate (can be completed upon hire through Century Casinos).
• Journeyman cook certificate or equivalent, when required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal record check.
• Ability to commute with reliable transportation to our property.

**Position Schedule Requirments:**The Successful candidate must have open availabilty: days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
