As a Delivery Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end delivery efforts, ensure customer satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships. You’ll be instrumental in driving adoption of our CRM and platform solutions, optimizing customer outcomes, and supporting clients on their digital transformation journeys. You’ll lead complex, multi-workstream engagements across our integration, automation, and data portfolios (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Appian, Pega, Databricks). You own outcomes end-to-end: scope, plan, deliver, and grow accounts while coaching cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project delivery for 1–3 concurrent projects; ensure on-time, on-budget, on-scope execution.

Be able to conduct hands-on requirements gathering activities, including the elicitation of requirements and their documentation in the form of user stories.

Map existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
-
Build and maintain weekly status reports, RAID logs, change control artifacts, steering committee and executive readouts.
-
Ensure adherence to the definition of Ready/Done, quality gates, release readiness, and successful cutovers/hypercare.
-
Align business and technical stakeholders; drive decision logs and acceptance criteria.
-
Identify expansion opportunities with account teams and architects; build long-term partnerships.
-
Drive the lifecycle using practical Agile techniques based on Scrum/Kanban.
-
Partner with stakeholders to define business processes, integration needs, and opportunities to innovate and automate using BIG technologies.

Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog prioritization, feedback, and clarifications.
-
Present product increments during sprint demos; clearly articulate delivered capabilities.
-
Drive technology adoption and client self-sufficiency; foster widespread use of AI driven methods within the project delivery cycle.

Manage scope and pursue change orders; ensure timely approvals and invoicing hygiene.

Support pre-sales (estimation, delivery approach, risk posture) and contribute to proposals/SOWs.

Act as a client-facing liaison to support solution adoption and resolve any roadblocks.
Required Skills & Experience
-
5 to 9 years in consulting/IT delivery, including 3–5+ years managing multiple projects.
-
Proven track record delivering projects based on SaaS platforms such as: Boomi, MuleSoft, Appian, Pega, Creatio, Databricks, or adjacent cloud solutions.

Strong client leadership, executive communication, and conflict resolution skills.
-
Mastery of delivery mechanics: RAID, change control, estimation, resource planning, Agile/Scrum.
-
Financial acumen: forecasting, margins, burn, and variance analysis.
Travel: from 20% within Canada and the United States (client dependent).
