Education: Bachelor's degree Experience 7 months to less than 1 year On the road Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee. Work setting Various locations Responsibilities Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment Develop quality management and quality assurance standards Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures Oversee development of communication strategies Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
