The Position:
WF Steel and Crane is looking for a dynamic and eager Marketing and Digital Media Manager to join our growing team in Nisku, AB.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Min 2 years experience in a Marketing Management position, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Marketing.
- Post Secondary Degree with a Marketing Designation.
- Experience with website development
- In-depth understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords
- Experience in Social Media Management
- Capable of capturing and editing industrial photographs and videos
- Proficient in industry standard software, Microsoft Suite, Canva, WordPress, HTML, Etc.
- Experience in industrial construction and/or manufacturing for a Canada Wide company would be considered an asset.
Working directly with the Company's Senior Management Team, you will:
- Develop and maintain the Company’s marketing strategy
- Maintain and update company website and initiate periodic improvements to meet the strategy of the WF Group.
- Hire and Supervise Marketing support and sales Staff.
- Spend time in industrial shops to understand the business and develop content
- Management of person responsible for and edit photographs, videos, drone videos, etc.
- Develop and maintain social media strategy
- Manage and approve print media and promotional material as required
- Maintain consistent branding throughout the company
- Manage and Create digital and written content for various audiences
- Manage and Assess performance of Digital Marketing Consultant / Website Developer
