Role Description The Branch Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Trail, BC. This role oversees day-to-day branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery. The Branch Supervisor supports and coaches team members, monitors performance, and helps resolve complex customer issues related to communication devices and services. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supporting sales activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized branch environment. The role also collaborates with management to implement process improvements, meet branch targets, and uphold Ralcomm’s standards for quality and customer care.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, including team coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution. Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, handle inquiries, and manage escalations professionally. Basic technical aptitude for communication devices and services (e.g., cellular phones, two-way radios, satellite services, internet solutions), with willingness to learn product details. Organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, inventory monitoring, and documentation. Sales and branch operations experience, with the ability to support sales targets, identify opportunities, and ensure efficient workflows. Ability to work on-site in Trail, BC, including standing for extended periods and assisting with light physical tasks as required. Previous experience in retail, telecommunications, or technology service environments is an asset. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field is an advantage. Comfort using computers and business software (e.g., POS systems, inventory tools, email, and basic office applications).
