About The Role We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the onboarding of small businesses onto a commercial banking platform built on Salesforce and nCino. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance standards.
This is a high-impact role within the Commercial Banking Engineering group, which oversees key changes and implementations for commercial client programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and support project activities, ensuring adherence to risk, compliance, and operational controls.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions for commercial clients and internal users.
- Maintain and enhance the Salesforce platform to ensure performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices, applying relevant updates and innovations.
- Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement, efficiency, and proactive risk management.

- Experience with nCino Credit Origination (Salesforce managed package).

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and system integration.
- Extensive Salesforce platform expertise — hands-on experience with Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Proven experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements for Salesforce features and integrations.
- Strong experience in Salesforce configuration, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Practical experience configuring components in Financial Services Cloud, including user profiles and page layouts.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and analyze system changes, translating business needs into actionable user stories and specifications.
