Key Skills Required
✔️ 5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience ✔️ SAP US Payroll & BSI Tax Factory ✔️ Payroll Tax Compliance & Multi-State Employment Tax ✔️ New York State Withholding & Wage Allocation ✔️ SAP Payroll Configuration & Payroll Data Structures ✔️ Business & Functional Requirements Gathering ✔️ System Integration & Data Mapping ✔️ SFTP Integrations & Data Reconciliation ✔️ Stakeholder Management & Workshop Facilitation ✔️ Financial Services or Regulated Environment experience Preferred Experience: New York State employment tax compliance Concur Travel & Expense EY Mobility Tools Payroll Transformation & Tax Automation Projects Global Mobility, Deferred Compensation & Bonus Processing If you have hands-on experience with SAP US Payroll, BSI Tax Factory, payroll tax compliance, and complex system integrations, we'd love to hear from you.
