Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Quantity Surveying Services Discipline Lead to drive the growth of our Quantity Surveying services in the Canadian marketplace. In this role, the successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to expand our presence, actively identify and pursue new project opportunities, and provide leadership across QS advisory, estimating, and procurement support services. The successful candidate will lead a diverse team of Quantity Surveyors and Estimators, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed to the highest standards and within client schedules.
Role accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring project success through rigorous quality control measures and continuous monitoring of project processes, helping to maintain the highest standards of service delivery. You will participate actively in meetings with clients and internal teams, providing expert input and supporting effective project delivery at every stage. Additionally, you will conduct thorough technical reviews of all deliverables produced by your team, ensuring that our work consistently meets client expectations and aligns with Arcadis’ commitment to excellence.
You will have the opportunity to foster strong client relationships, contribute to the ongoing development of best practices, and help drive innovation within the Quantity Surveying discipline. The salary range for this position is $128,000 - $178,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
