We are currently hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator who will play a crucial role in processing accounts payable, conducting reconciliations, liaising with company vendors, providing interdepartmental communications, and supporting with monthly financial reporting. Compensation Information: $55,000 to $60,000 per annum
Physical Requirement: Light; work activities involve handling loads up to 10kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.
This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Skills you bring with you:
- 1-year minimum Accounting/Office Administration experience
- Post-secondary education in accounting, business, or administration considered an asset
- Data Entry & Computer Skills – exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Sage 300 considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process all accounts payable, including accurate matching of “purchasing and receiving” documents
- Reconcile all vendor direct debit withdrawals with correct invoices
- Weekly preparation of vendor payment runs
- Reconciling of all vendor statements to ensure all purchases are accounted for
- Manages and maintains all vendor files and contracts
- Monthly payment clearing to ensure accurate financial reporting
