The Change Manager is a strategic partner to senior leaders, helping to embed change leadership and capability across the organization. You will design and lead a comprehensive change management approach that drives adoption, engagement, and lasting impact - ensuring transformation isn’t something that happens to the organization, but something leaders and teams actively champion.
Working side by side with leaders, you’ll equip them to lead change with confidence, align teams around a shared vision, and model the behaviors needed for success. Using data and insights, you’ll track progress, surface risks and opportunities, and continuously evolve change strategies to ensure our transformation delivers meaningful, sustainable results—for our people, our customers, and our business.

Design and execute a change management strategy aligned with program objectives, business goals, and organizational values

Enable people leaders with change leadership skills, ensuring they can effectively lead teams through transformation. Provide coaching, tools, and frameworks that empower leaders to drive adoption and sustain change within their business units. Establish a network of change agents, leveraging influential leaders to champion change and provide localized support

Design and oversee the program-wide communication strategy, ensuring consistent, transparent, and timely messaging that supports understanding and commitment to the transformation
-
Establish clear metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure change adoption, engagement, and effectiveness. Regularly assess progress, analyze data, and report insights to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making and agile course correction. Use feedback and performance indicators to refine change approaches and ensure continuous improvement

Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to shape curriculum design, training materials, and knowledge transfer plans aligned with each phase of the project
-
Integrate change management activities into project planning and influence approach and delivery where required. Ensure a coordinated approach between technical deployment, process redesign, and people readiness

Drive accountability for transformation outcomes by assigning business ownership and tracking progress against defined metrics, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value
-
7 years of progressive experience in change management, with a track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives or large-scale system implementations
-
Demonstrated experience in IT transformation programs
-
Experience in transportation, logistics, or operational industries is an asset
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems/Project Management or related fields
-
Pro-Sci Change Management and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications are an asset
-
Strong knowledge of structured change management methodologies
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable messaging
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-informed approach to decision making
-
Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching abilities
