Reporting to the Manager, Residential Operations, the Co-Ordinator, Leasing & Resident Experience’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to; the leasing process from initial advertising to lease signing, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner and residents have an excellent on boarding experience.
