Inventory Supervisor
247 Fulfillment is a fast-growing Third Party Logistics company that ships orders for ecommerce brands across Canada and the U.S. We are looking for a full-time Inventory Supervisor to take ownership of inventory accuracy, cycle counting, returns, and inventory processes across our warehouse operation. This is not just a counting role. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong inventory control process, improving accuracy, tracking KPIs, and working closely with receiving, replenishment, returns, and warehouse leadership.
Pay: $25/hour Job Type: Full-time Location: Concord to start, then moving to our Mississauga warehouse Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed Reports To: General Manager
What You’ll Do You will own inventory accuracy across the facility and be responsible for making sure the system matches what is physically in the warehouse.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating and managing your own cycle count schedules based on SKU velocity, client needs, product value, and risk areas Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies Tracking inventory accuracy KPIs and reporting on trends, issues, and improvements Working with receiving to ensure inventory is received correctly from the start Working with replenishment to keep pick locations accurate and properly stocked Working with the warehouse team to find and fix inventory errors at the source Supporting returns processes and ensuring returned inventory is handled accurately Auditing locations, products, and movements inside the WMS Helping build cleaner processes around inventory control, receiving, replenishment, and returns Supporting client inventory questions or reporting when needed Training and holding team members accountable to proper inventory procedures
What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership. You should be the type of person who notices when something is off and does not ignore it. You should be able to find the root cause of inventory issues, fix the problem, and help prevent it from happening again.
The ideal candidate has:
Experience in inventory control, preferably in a warehouse, fulfillment, ecommerce, or 3PL environment Strong understanding of cycle counts, inventory accuracy, receiving, replenishment, and returns Experience using a WMS; ShipHero experience is a strong asset Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to lead people and hold standards without needing to be micromanaged Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong communication skills Ability to prioritize and stay organized under pressure
Requirements Must have a valid Class G driver’s licence Must have a valid Reach truck licence Must be able to work full-time in person Must be fluent in English Inventory control or inventory management experience is strongly preferred Warehouse leadership or supervisor experience is an asset Modern WMS experience (ShipHero experience a huge asset)
