We are currently recruiting for the following role in our Calgary office:
Hospitality Clerk
Essential Functions
- Responsible for hospitality services on assigned floors. Includes delivery and set-up of food and beverage orders, clearing meeting rooms of hospitality materials, and replenishing supplies in all areas
- Maintaining boardrooms and supplies on assigned floors
- Maintaining Café rooms on assigned floors (cleaning dishes, counters, refrigerators and all other appliances, replenishing stock and making coffee to maintain a steady supply for staff and clients
- Set-up and take-down of boardrooms in client centre, and other meeting spaces
- Regular disinfecting of high touch surfaces within kitchens and boardrooms
- Kitchen inventory control
- Meeting Health and Safety requirements
Qualifications
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision, planning and organizing everyday tasks with little supervision
- Must be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be adaptable, flexible and forward thinking, adjusting to changing priorities when needed
- Must maintain high standards for cleanliness
- Must display professionalism at all times
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
- Computer Skills: Outlook, Word
- Experience in a hospitality services related industry is an asset
- Smart Serve certificate is an asset
- Food Safety certificate is an asset
