The Role
The Senior Client Lead is a strategic hybrid role blending senior-level client services with marketing leadership across multiple service lines. You’ll serve as the lead point of contact for leading Web3 and fintech clients, managing cross-functional teams and campaigns across strategy, creative, paid media, growth, and more.
This is a great fit for someone who is entrepreneurial, execution-focused, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You must be able to hold your own with CMOs and founders while confidently orchestrating delivery across internal teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day client relationships across multiple marketing functions and service lines.
- Collaborate with internal service leads to scope, prioritise, and deliver impactful campaigns.
- Manage timelines, quality control, client budgets, and internal resourcing.
- Drive strategic growth by identifying upsell opportunities and developing proposals.
- Advise clients on brand, comms, social, product, growth, CRM, paid, PR, and influencer strategy.
- Run QBRs and performance reviews; own reporting and value demonstration.
- Stay on top of fintech and Web3 trends, informing strategy with relevant insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a digital/creative/performance agency (agency side only).
- Proven track record with Tier-1 client portfolios, across at least 3 marketing service lines.
- Experience leading strategy and delivery in high-velocity environments.
- Strong written, verbal and commercial communication skills.
- Adept at managing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders.
- Industry curiosity: you should be able to sell yourself into Web3 if not already immersed.
- Tools: Asana, Google Suite, Slack.
