About the role
Summary:
We are seeking a Front-End Developer to support the development, customization, and maintenance of our Shopify-based eCommerce platform. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to enhance website functionality, improve user experience, optimize site performance, and support ongoing digital initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Shopify development, front-end web technologies, and eCommerce operations.
What You'll Do:
Shopify Development & Website Management: (60%)
- Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify storefronts, themes, templates, and landing pages.
- Build and support custom functionality using Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and third-party applications.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on website-related projects and initiatives
Marketing Systems & Data Support: (25%)
- Analyze ERP and CRM data to support business and marketing decisions
- Develop marketing dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI
- Maintain product information, pricing, and related data within business systems.
- Support cross-functional projects involving eCommerce and digital business operations.
Digital Content & Design Support: (15%)
- Utilize AI-powered tools to generate marketing content such as images, videos and graphic.
- Perform basic image and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite applications.
What You'll Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in web management, digital marketing, or eCommerce operations
- Previous experience in website design and have a portfolio to share in your cover letter
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is an asset
- Detail-oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint preferred)
- Strong Shopify knowledge is a bonus
