We are seeking a collaborative & strategic Commercial Operations Manager to join our dynamic insurance brokerage team. In this role, you will train, mentor, and manage our CSRs & CSAs, working closely with the Unit Leader to develop and refine workflows and operational practices for our London office. You will play a key role in supporting the office’s growth by ensuring efficient processes, effective team performance, and seamless operational support. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to lead teams and optimize operations.

Your day as a Commercial Operations Manager

Develop and implement role-specific training plans for all service positions, providing hands-on, one-on-one or group training as needed

Enhance operational efficiency by evaluating and improving existing processes and procedures to strengthen the office’s capacity and performance

Establish and maintain formalized office procedures, ensuring updates and adjustments are made to support continued growth

Monitor team performance and resource allocation, ensuring optimal capacity to meet client and business demands.

Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused work environment that supports communication, teamwork, and operational excellence
