We are looking for a Specialist, Operations to join our team in our Vancouver office!
As a Specialist, Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the team’s day-to-day operations by ensuring seamless workflow, maintaining data accuracy, and facilitating clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

Your day as a Specialist, Operations
- Manage the preparation and distribution of monthly bordereaux to insurers, including reconciliation, issue resolution, and submission to markets.
- Oversee the monthly Data Audit process and communicate results to the team.
- Support the Operations Manager with A/R & A/P reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and programming team on system fixes and updates.
- Work with the Underwriting Manager to build a bank of TSW applications and organize them in an easy-to-access environment for distribution.
- Contribute to the Peer Review Process in collaboration with the Underwriting Manager.
- Help build up TSW’s compliance infrastructure alongside the Underwriting Manager.
- Collaborate with the CUO on business plan write-up and design.
- Partner with the Business Analyst in managing our Excel raters, dashboard, and data presentations.

- Previous experience in administrative support, insurance, or financial services is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities both independently and collaboratively.
- Proven discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
The expected salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $80,000. Annual salary will be determined by factors including prior experience, location, business segment, and relevance of the candidate’s skills to the role.
