Your Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability for independent customers. You will develop sales plans in collaboration with business partners to support Yoplait Liberté Canada’s national commercial objectives.
What you will accomplish daily
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales and profit targets
- Analyze internal sales reports, Nielsen data, customer data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities aligned with company strategies
- Lead presentations and execute product launches at the store level
- Negotiate programs, liquidation opportunities, agreements, and support planogram management
- Prepare customer presentations, including Joint Business Planning (JBP) documents, as well as sales reports to identify opportunities aligned with corporate objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams — including Marketing, Customer Service, Production, and Logistics — to ensure customer needs and corporate goals are met
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service
What you need to join our team
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar client management role
- Experience in the CPG industry (an asset)
- Bilingualism (English and French) to communicate with national accounts
- Strong knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
