The opportunity…
The HRMS Analyst provides expert guidance for analysis, improvement and operation of the Government of Yukon’s corporate HR information systems to ensure that they effectively support HR service delivery. The HRMS Analyst improves business processes and information in adherence with corporate standards, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications

- Completion of post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field;
- Experience writing SQL queries in relational databases (e.g. Oracle);
- Experience implementing, supporting and troubleshooting Human Capital Management (HCM) software (such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.);
- Experience in functional analysis and business improvement practices, ideally in an human resources and/or payroll environment; and
- Experience with Java, COBOL, PeopleSoft PUM, Jira, SharePoint and agile software development processes is an asset.
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
