What you’ll do:

Turn data into clear, actionable insights that drive business & technology strategy.

Create dashboards, KPIs, and insights that give teams across the business visibility and clarity to act fast.

Spot trends and opportunities by monitoring KPIs and market shifts — and share your discoveries in ways that spark action.

Build and maintain rock-solid data collection processes, ensuring reliability and accuracy across platforms.

Design and run A/B tests to measure the impact of new features and site optimizations.
-
Champion a data-driven culture by coaching junior analysts and business stakeholders to increase their acumen, adopt best practices, and share in your analytical mindset
What we’re looking for:
-
3+ years of web analytics experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing, with a proven track record of driving insights, building reporting, and running experiments.

Deep expertise with a leading web analytics tool (ideally Adobe Analytics).

Strong understanding of measurement planning and how tracking works behind the scenes.
-
Comfortable using SQL to extract and manipulate data, with solid understanding of relational databases
-
Prior experience in using data visualization tools such as Power BI.

Bonus points if you love experimenting, iterating, and pushing the boundaries of how data can shape decisions.

Annualized base pay range
$92,000.00 - $97,000.00This role has a long-term monetary incentive attached to it, in addition to the base.
Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
