Description Regional Account Manager Full-Time | Red Deer, AB At Kal Tire, we’re more than a tire company—we’re a team committed to helping customers succeed through trusted relationships, industry expertise, and innovative solutions. We’re looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our Red Deer team and help grow our presence in the region.

About The Role As a Regional Account Manager, you’ll build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers. You’ll connect with key decision-makers, provide expert guidance on Kal Tire products and services, and work closely with internal teams to ensure we deliver on our promises. You’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities, expanding our market presence, and supporting the success of both our customers and our stores.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with assigned accounts and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain and grow your regional sales portfolio through proactive engagement and market insight.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Support store management in implementing sales strategies.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Participate in industry events and build networks that strengthen Kal Tire’s presence in the market.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Grade 12 or GED equivalent; post-secondary diploma or degree preferred, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A customer-first mindset and proven ability to deliver results.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an asset).

Special Requirements

  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
