As a Senior Director, Transaction Management, you will be at the forefront of our client-centric real estate strategy—overseeing a high-performing team responsible for executing complex real estate transactions across office and commercial portfolios.

This leadership role is part of our Brokerage function, where we represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties. You’ll drive strategic outcomes, ensure operational rigor, and foster trusted relationships—all while embodying CBRE’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performanceevaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
  • Support staff and internal divisions on the acquisition, management, and disposal of high-value land andfacilities.
  • Put in place complex real estate plans with an understanding of the client's strategic real estate goals. Overseeproject initiation and scope, and prioritization of assignments.
  • Verify adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones.
  • Manage field broker selection and other required resources. Approve proposed team resources for thecompletion of transactions.
  • Create financial analysis templates and client report packages. Prepare and deliver effective presentations tokey stakeholders and investors.
  • Track all transaction activity both commissionable and non-commissionable. Prepare commission forecasts andvouchers.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs and processes.
  • Apply deep knowledge of multiple disciplines, broad industry knowledge, and commercial awareness. Drivefinancial and functional performance within disciplines and across the business.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Negotiate with seniormanagement, customers, and external parties of divergent interests to reach an agreement of strategicimportance while being guided by the business segment and the organization's functional strategy.
  • Conceptualize new methods, techniques, processes, and standards across job disciplines or functions.
  • Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems by applying advanced critical thinking.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination ofexperience and education will be considered. Real Estate Salesperson license required.
  • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising,and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
  • Ability to exchange sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations andhandle problems.

•Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.•In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.•Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset.•Ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.•Extensive office and/or retail leasing experience
