Role Description This full-time Automotive Technician role is an on-site position based in Barrie, ON. The Automotive Technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance, including inspections, oil changes, fluid services, and tire-related work. The role includes diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, completing suspension and brake work, and addressing general maintenance and repair needs for a variety of vehicles. The technician will use diagnostic tools and shop equipment, follow safety and quality standards, and document services accurately. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve communicating clearly with service advisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for a range of makes and models. Licensed 310S automotice Technician certificstion required. Proficiency in Automotive Repair, including diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting. Practical knowledge of Suspension systems and related components. Ability to work safely with shop tools and equipment and follow established procedures. Effective communication skills and a customer-focused, team-oriented approach. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to stay current with automotive technology.
