Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Quality Assurance Manager, he/she is responsible for promoting and implementing the project's quality approach across the various departments. He/she must ensure the interpretation, guidance, and application of quality assurance standards.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare or update all Quality Management System (QMS) documents;

  • Participate in all initiatives aimed at obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification;

  • Lead informational meetings on the project’s quality organization, particularly for new team members;

  • Contribute to defining documentation needs to meet contract and ISO 9001:2015 requirements;

  • Conduct quality audits, maintain the audit schedule, and ensure the recording, follow-up, and closure of identified non-conformities;

  • Present quality management requirements to subcontractors and suppliers, and provide them with access to project quality documentation;

  • Review subcontractors’ quality documents before submission to the client for review;

  • Prepare monthly quality reports;

  • Implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP), the Quality Manual (QM), and the Quality Management Procedures (QMPs);

  • Draft or assist in drafting QMS procedures in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager;

  • Responsible for contractual quality assurance deliverables and ensuring their timely submission;

  • Support the team during project close-out and handover;

  • Prepare, coordinate, or assist designated personnel in producing required documentation (Quality Plan, ITPs, etc.) for all activities.

This role could be for you if you have

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction field and in quality management on construction projects;
  • Proficient in ACONEX, SharePoint, ProjectWise, and the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to identify priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and effectively;
  • Ability to establish and maintain harmonious interpersonal relationships;
  • Demonstrates leadership;
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Ability to work with rigor and attention to detail;
  • Shows initiative, sound judgment, and a proactive approach.
