We are looking for a Product Manager (SWIFT wire transfers) , responsible for the day-to-day management and evolution of the product based on client needs, market trends, and the Bank’s priorities.
Your Role
- Define the vision, priorities, and product roadmap under your responsibility to support the Bank’s strategic orientations
- Develop business cases for initiatives and projects to obtain funding approval
- Continuously improve existing products
- Monitor and interpret performance indicators, make recommendations, and implement appropriate adjustments
- Stay informed about market trends, assess the Bank’s competitive position, and recommend strategies to optimize positioning
- Understand client needs and their reality related to payments
- Work closely with relevant sectors and stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, IT, Compliance)
Your Team
You will report to the Senior Manager – Payment Solutions and Experiences and be part of a team of five colleagues responsible for a wide range of payment products for retail and business clients (debit card, Interac e-Transfer, bill payment, wire transfer, bulk payment).
What we’re looking for :
- 5 years of experience in product management or business strategy
- Knowledge of SWIFT wire transfers
- Proven ability to understand and explain technologies
- Strong client focus and strategic mindset
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Leadership, autonomy, and initiative
- Attention to detail, rigor, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Languages:
English, French
