Role Description The Impact Reporting Coordinator is a volunteer, remote role responsible for organizing and presenting data that demonstrates BDSL’s progress and outcomes. This role will collect, review, and analyze program data related to donor outreach, engagement, and impact on ACB communities, ensuring information is accurate and accessible. The coordinator will prepare regular impact reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal teams, leadership, partners, and funders, translating complex information into clear narratives and visuals. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating data from multiple sources, maintaining reporting templates, supporting grant and board reporting, and helping improve measurement frameworks. The Impact Reporting Coordinator will collaborate with program staff and communications team members to ensure that impact stories and metrics are aligned, consistent, and timely. Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data to generate meaningful insights. Clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in accessible written and visual formats. Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles relevant to nonprofit or program budgeting and resource tracking. Experience or familiarity with financial reporting, including organizing data for grants, donors, or board presentations. Proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or basic reporting software. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet agreed-upon deadlines. Interest in health equity, donor diversity, or community impact; prior nonprofit experience is an asset but not required. Relevant education or training in business, finance, public health, data analysis, or a related field is beneficial.
