Inside Sales Coordinator (Industrial Equipment & Customer Service) Location: 95 Konrad Crescent, Markham, ON L3R 8T8 Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | In Person Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process from quotation through delivery while providing exceptional customer service and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in inside sales, sales administration, customer service, or sales coordination within an industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, or equipment distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate quotations and proposals for customers and the outside sales team Provide inside sales support and respond to customer inquiries by phone and email Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently Maintain customer accounts, contacts, opportunities, and sales activities within HubSpot CRM Track quotations, sales opportunities, won/lost projects, and sales activity Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Purchasing, and Shipping departments to ensure equipment orders, deliveries, start-ups, and mechanical installation projects are completed on schedule Create work orders for equipment start-ups and mechanical installation projects Schedule equipment deliveries, start-ups, and mechanical installations with customers and internal departments Follow up with customers regarding quotations, order status, deliveries, and project scheduling Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Provide administrative support to the sales team Assist with reception and other office administrative duties as required
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, customer service, or sales administration Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, or equipment distribution environment is preferred Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM software Professional and confident telephone manner Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with industrial equipment, compressors, compressed air systems, pumps, HVAC, automation, or related industries College diploma or post-secondary education
