Job Summary
As a Receptionist at a busy real estate office, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and team members. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be well-organized and have friendly demeanor.
Duties
-Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
-Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone system
-Schedule and manage appointments
-Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and document preparation
-Provide administrative support to real estate agents as needed
-Handle customer inquires and provide excellent customer support
-Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Familiarity with Brokerbay, Skyslope and MLS systems is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
