Description
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for multi-residential turnover projects.
- Analyze project requirements, drawings, and specifications to develop estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing information.
- Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities where applicable.
- Maintain and update a database of costs and pricing information for future projects.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards, codes, and regulations.
- Assist in contract negotiations by providing detailed cost breakdowns.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior renovations and building maintenance projects, including conducting site visits, interpreting drawings, and liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for accurate pricing.
- Schedule, order, and coordinate timely delivery of materials to job sites, ensuring quality and quantity meet project requirements while tracking inventory and managing supplier relationships.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to support smooth project execution and adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Manage project documentation, including proposals, change orders, purchase orders, and cost tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile
A successful Estimator - Multi-Residential Turnover should have:
- 2-5 years experience in the property industry, specifically with multi-residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools, such as estimating software and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costing, and renovation methods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid G-Class driver's license and access to a vehicle.
