About the role
We are a seasonal property with positions starting May 6, 2026 until Mid-October 2026.

We are seeking a friendly and professional guest services and laundry attendant to join our team at our hotel in the Canadian Rockies. This is an all round position responsible for supporting the front desk, laundry and public areas while providing exceptional service for our guests. At our hotel, we strive to provide everyone with the best experience possible, and the guest services agent plays a key role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:

Multitask your shift between laundry, public areas and front desk duties

Operate washing and drying machines to clean all laundry
-
Fold and store all laundered items neatly and accurately
-
Maintain cleanliness of laundry room and equipment
-
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
-
Assist front desk with walking guests to rooms
-
Support front desk by bringing requested items to room, such as: firewood, microwave, rollaway bed, towels, etc.

Bring any guest issues or maintenance issues to the front desk supervisors’ attention and assist with fixing small maintenance issues.

Public area attending duties may include watering flowers, sweeping guest decks and pathways, shovelling pathways, wiping down guest chairs, public washroom checks.

Perform other duties as assigned.

This is an evening position with little supervision, being able to work independently is a must.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience in a customer service role is an asset
-
Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is an asset, but not required as we will train the right candidates
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-
Ability to work rain or shine and walk for long periods of time as well as lift up to 50lbs.
Compensation:
-
Wage: $17 plus bonuses.
-
Staff accommodation is available for employees over the age of 18 at $4.41 per day.

Bonus: If contract is completed you will receive $1 bonus for every hour worked and your rent returned.

Referral Bonus: $500 if both yours and your referrals contract are completed.
