We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / Power Platform Technical Manager to join our application development team. This role involves performing billable client work, client and internal travel, Off-shore resource management, application development and maintenance, architecture design, and peer code review. The position also requires maintaining ongoing relationships with key client contacts, providing guidance and assistance to other developers, and participating in business development activities by extending services to existing clients or designing solutions for new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform application development and maintenance tasks.
- Design and implement architecture solutions.
- Conduct peer code reviews.
- Maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
- Provide guidance and support to other developers.
- Participate in business development activities.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in .NET development (C# preferred).
- Experience with Power Platform Portal or similar CMS (Portal Connector).
- Proficiency in source control tools such as GitHub Enterprise, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
- Understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, React).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in consulting
- Experience with Azure DevOps and pipeline management.
- Knowledge of Azure serverless technologies, including Azure Message Queues, Azure File Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Key Vault.
- Ability to apply system design and development methodologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse customization capabilities, including plugins, custom workflow assemblies, web templates, and Liquid scripting language.
- Experience with Power Apps Control Framework (PCF) components and React.js.
- Understanding of web service architectures (RESTful APIs, WebAPI, OData).
- Experience with accounting ERP or Customer Relationship Management systems.
- Proven ability to integrate systems effectively.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at various levels.

- Attention to detail and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Capability to work independently and within a small team.
- Leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $103,500 - $176,000
Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
