We are hiring an experienced Senior Solutions Designer to lead enterprise solution architecture, IBM Maximo implementations, and cloud transformation initiatives for Supply Ontario. This role requires a seasoned technical leader with extensive expertise in IBM Maximo (7.6 & MAS 9.1), enterprise asset management (EAM), cloud architecture, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), ERP integrations, and large-scale enterprise solution design.
The successful candidate will serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Maximo implementations, guiding solution architecture, application modernization, technical strategy, cloud adoption, integrations, and enterprise work management solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT standards.

Position Summary
Supply Ontario is seeking a Senior Solutions Designer to provide technical leadership for enterprise asset management and cloud modernization initiatives. The successful consultant will lead solution architecture, technical design, IBM Maximo platform enhancements, and enterprise integrations while supporting digital transformation across work management systems.
This position requires extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale Maximo implementations, cloud transformation strategies, technical governance, and solution architecture within complex public sector or utility environments.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership (35%)
Lead enterprise solution architecture and technical design for IBM Maximo and integrated enterprise applications. Develop scalable technical architectures aligned with organizational standards and strategic objectives. Design custom applications, integrations, and enterprise interfaces. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architectural improvements. Ensure solution quality, scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
IBM Maximo Platform Administration & Development (30%)
Provide technical leadership across IBM Maximo 7.6, 7.6.1.2, and Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9.1.
Configure, customize, and optimize Maximo modules, including
Work Order Management Asset Management Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Configuration Management Automation Scripting Report Development Lead Maximo upgrades, enhancements, and enterprise integrations. Serve as the primary Maximo Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Cloud Transformation & Enterprise Integration (20%)
Lead enterprise cloud adoption initiatives utilizing private and public cloud technologies. Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies and software-defined infrastructure solutions. Support ERP integration and enterprise asset management modernization. Develop data migration, legacy conversion, and interface strategies. Promote reusable enterprise architecture and shared infrastructure.
Quality Assurance, Testing & Implementation Support (15%)
Support functional and technical testing activities. Develop test plans, test cases, and validation documentation. Coordinate unit, integration, regression, performance, penetration, and user acceptance testing. Participate in root cause analysis and issue resolution. Assist business units during production implementation and operational transition.
