About the role
Summary
The Assistant Player Development Manager is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, growth and retention. They will develop, manage and cultivate relationships with our players to ensure our players build a connection and loyalty to PCGC Casinos. They will communicate with players frequently and educate them on various events and tournaments. They will play an imperative role on growing revenues in table games and slots. This individual will remain current on company promotions and industry trends.

Job Duties
-
Ensure achievement of the assigned sales targets

Administers and provides player reports for the Casino Hosts
-
Work with the player development team to coordinate and complete goals and plans to grow table games and slot revenue

Follow up with and conduct calls with platers to ensure consistent new and return traffic to the casino
-
Manage and cultivate relationships with patrons

Greet and provide VIP patrons with exceptional service

Make cold calls to potential patrons
-
Invite patrons to company events, promotions, tournaments etc.

Assist patrons in enrolling for events, dinner etc.

Periodically assemble patron’s feedback in relation to the company service and products for management

Make recommendations to management on new market opportunities

Ensure harmony amongst team members
-
Assist fellow team members with their sales tactics and/or cold call technique

Counsel team members on their performance
-
Ensure the Player Development team abide by the company policies and procedures

Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Supervisory experience or 1-year Management experience in the field of Business Development or Sales
- Strong presentation and oral/written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an energetic and upbeat personality
- Must be flexible and willing to work days, evenings and weekends as per business needs
