About the role
ChangeMakers is seeking a Content Creator to support the firm’s corporate brand, marketing, and new business development efforts. This role will focus on producing high-quality content that builds ChangeMakers’ market presence and positioning, and drives growth.
Key responsibilities
- Research, draft, and edit content for thought leadership, case studies, website updates, social media, and corporate presentations.
- Develop marketing materials and communications to support business development initiatives.
- Ensure content is consistent with ChangeMakers’ brand voice, positioning, and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine messaging and present the firm’s expertise effectively.
- Monitor communications and marketing trends to strengthen content impact.
- Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely delivery across platforms.
Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in content creation, corporate communications, or marketing.

Demonstrated ability to write with clarity and impact across multiple formats.

Proficiency in social media platforms and WordPress, with the ability to post and update content directly.

Strong understanding of SEO and SEM, with the ability to collaborate effectively with in-house specialists.

Ability to work with AI tools to support research, content development, and workflow efficiency.

Knowledge of brand strategy, communications, and marketing.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Professional presence and confidence working directly with senior leaders.
