- Competitive Pay $93,000 - $109,000
- Pension $3.23/hr or approximately $7,000 per year- 100% paid by Arrow
- Full Benefits including dental, life insurance, pharmaceutical, vision care, chiropractor, massage, EAP, and more.
- Annual tool allowance
- Year round work
- Schedule 4 on 4 off; 12 hour shifts (day and night shift)
- Some overtime available
- 4 bays and 1 pit

As an Arrow welder/fabricator, you will perform welding service, maintenance and repair of tractors, trailers and mobile equipment.
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and welding process specifications
- Operate welding equipment and manual flame-cutting equipment
- Conduct repairs, modifications, and retrofits
- Maintain a working knowledge of changes in welding compliance, practices and techniques
- Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Certification as a Welder and Fabricator (i.e. Red Seal)
- Experience with repair of commercial trailers
- Strong knowledge and skill in operating all welding machinery, ability to weld according to pre-set parameters using MIG, ARC and TIG welding processes
- A positive attitude
- Strong safety mindset
- Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Ability to deal with people tactfully and professionally at all times
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- At least two job references
