I’m an Analytics Professional with 6+ years of experience working across India, Canada, and the United States. I am passionate about helping others grow professionally and actively volunteer with STEM organizations. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and dancing, which inspire creativity and balance in both my personal and professional life.

Bindu Kumari is a Software Engineer with over eight years of industry experience, specializing in building secure, scalable, and high performance cloud solutions.

With a background in IT and a Master’s in Instructional Design & Technology, she brings nearly a decade of experience helping individuals and organizations integrate AI and digital tools with purpose and confidence. Laquasia is also the creator of Embracing Introversion, a community that empowers quieter professionals to lead authentically. Her mission is to make technology and leadership more accessible, inclusive, and human-centered.
