Join the Pros! We are seeking a results-orientedDealer Development Managerto lead the regional execution of National Dealer Programs in support of our intentional HVAC brands at Wolseley Canada. This role is pivotal in translating strategic initiatives into regional success through dealer engagement, program optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You will act as the primary liaison between vendors and field teams and ensure operational excellence across all aspects of dealer program delivery.

What will you do:

  • Implement national dealer development strategy across assigned regions
  • Apply and manage dealer-specific pricing files based on customer spending and product mix
  • Oversee onboarding of new dealers and ensure compliance with program prerequisites
  • Provide regular sales and market updates to regional leadership via meetings and calls
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
  • Act as the key contact between vendors, dealers, and field associates
  • Coordinate vendor training tailored to dealer needs (product, technical, and complementary offerings)
  • Mediate claim-back activities between finance, vendors, and regional team
  • Provide forecasting and product mix guidance to branch networks
  • Manage vendor co-op funds from pre-approval through claim submission and reimbursement
  • Monitor dealer budgets and provide monthly updates to accounting
  • Generate and analyze monthly sales and program performance reports
  • Other duties as assigned

What will you bring:

  • Completion of post-secondary education plus a minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in HVAC, preferably within the wholesale distribution industry, or working for a manufacturer

  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated success working in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment.

  • Highly organized in prioritizing work and multi-tasking

  • Asset: Knowledge of Syntax (AS400) and Wolseley environment

  • Contacts from outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.

Base salary range: Salary: $110,000.00, MIP Sales 25%, Car Allowance $325.00
