About The Role You’ll own our full marketing stack — managing three websites , SEO , content creation , and digital campaigns while shaping a bold, unified brand that reflects our growth.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize three company websites

Develop and execute SEO and content marketing strategies

Oversee digital ads, analytics, and reporting

Drive brand strategy and creative direction

Manage vendors, budgets, and performance metrics

Stay current with AI marketing tools and trends
What You Bring

5–7 years of marketing experience, 3+ in leadership

Strong in SEO, content, and digital strategy

Proficient with GA4, SEMrush, or Ahrefs

Excellent communicator and self-starter

Bachelor’s in Marketing or equivalent

Must work in-office (Langley, BC)

North Western Property Maintenance (NWPM) has been in business since 2010. We operate out of Surrey, BC and service all areas within the Lower Mainland. Founded by Allen Hewitt, NWPM started by servicing residential customers with general landscaping services.
Since then, the business has grown into many different entities, servicing both residential and commercial customers with landscaping construction, synthetic grass installations and distribution, as well as winter salting and plowing services.
