Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for daily program activities.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Coordinate, update and maintain Radiology scheduling system and related communications.
- Develop and maintain tracking systems for tasks, processes, and projects and provide details as requested/required.
- Assist in monitoring timelines and deliverables, flagging issues as needed.
- Work with radiologists and stakeholders to coordinate reading coverage and schedules.
- Act as a point of contact for scheduling/reporting inquiries and issues.
- Work closely with the Quality Coordinator to assist with projects in order to meet timelines and organizational goals.
- Contribute departmental updates and articles to the monthly QA Newsletter.
- Support the development of educational materials and process outlines.
- Provide backup to the Patient Flow Coordinator as needed, including rotational Saturdays.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
