By joining the PMP SOLUTIONS team and, more specifically, as a member of the delivery team, you'll be called upon, among others, to:
Accompany, within the scope of a data-driven continuous improvement process, our users (on the sawmill floor and offices) in aligning our solutions with their business and operational objectives to leverage the most out of them. Make sure that our solutions have positive impacts on our users' daily activities. Collaborate with the development team to fine tune our solutions for our users' unique needs.

YOUR ROLE
As a manufacturing performance technological advisor at PMP SOLUTIONS, you'll be specifically asked to:
Acting as the liaison between the various customer and in-house teams, oversee the deployment of our solutions in sawmills. Gain an understanding of our users' strategic goals and needs, as well as any existing constraints to elaborate tactical plans. Help our customers achieve their strategic and tactical goals with our solutions through a data-driven continuous improvement process. Ensure that custmers are using our solutions to their full extent through training. Develop and maintain technical and support documentation. Evaluate project risks to determine possible impacts and mitigation strategies. Act as a manufacturing lead for the in-house technical team, guiding the evolution of our solutions. Support users with their use and technical issues. Ensure good customer relations. Stay on the lookout for further sales opportunities.

Requirements
B.Sc. in engineering or equivalent
Project management and / or lean manufacturing certification (important asset) Good customer relations skills Excellent French and English spoken and written abilities Good presentation / training skills Multitasking abilities Adaptability and synthesis skills Critical thinking skills Previous knowledge of SQL Server databases (important asset)
