Company: Finning Canada Number of Openings: 1 Worker Type: Permanent Position Overview: Location: Edmonton, Alberta Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts- Sunday to Wednesday. Position Overview The Warehouse Supply Analyst plays a critical role in supporting warehouse operations by providing operational and system support, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving process improvements. This position serves as a key liaison between warehouse teams and business stakeholders, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and processes are consistently followed. The successful candidate will support warehouse operations in Edmonton, assist with the implementation of new processes and systems, coordinate inventory accuracy initiatives, and provide reporting and analysis that supports operational decision-making. Job Description: Key Responsibilities Respond to support requests submitted through online portals, email, video calls, and telephone in a timely manner. Investigate operational and system-related issues, identify root causes, and coordinate effective resolutions. Provide guidance and support on warehouse processes, procedures, and best practices. Support warehouse operations teams with the implementation of new processes and systems, including occasional travel to branch locations. Coordinate and manage inventory accuracy programs, including communication and issue escalation with operational leaders and quality teams. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with inventory control requirements. Support hose assembly and kitting activities to ensure accurate setup, service definitions, and timely delivery. Prepare and distribute regular operational reports for warehouse supervisors and leadership teams. Contribute reporting and performance metrics for operational and business review meetings. Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and training materials. Build and maintain strong working relationships with employees and departments across the organization. Qualifications Experience Three to five years of hands-on experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, logistics, or supply chain environment. Experience working with warehouse management systems and handheld scanning devices. Experience supporting inventory control, inventory accuracy, or warehouse operations processes. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience using data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau. Ability to analyze operational data and identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document processes and procedures. Ability to build positive working relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
